Personal care products require a wide range of production capabilities, and these are all delivered by our outstanding facility. The whole concept of the plant is designed to meet GMP (ISO 22716) standards, setting the benchmark for personal care products in the region. Our manufacturing installation has three main mixers and a side mixer for shampoo, hand-wash, shower-gel, hair-care, skin-care and antiseptic products.
This is supporting by state-of-the-art filling lines with fill levels from 50ml up to 4 L – each fully automated and boasting specialized capabilities. With our capability to run ‘pucks’ on these Lines, most flexibility is given to our customers for their packaging ideas.
